In order to achieve our Vision and differentiate in Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Industries, Wira Tehran Company, established its Strategic Document as an upstream document and set all its activities and guidelines according to it. This Strategic Document is now accomplished according to Balance Score Card model.
All short ,middle and long term activities are all viewed as different prospective: Staff Learning and Growth ,Organizational process, Customers and Financial prospective and accomplished according to one to three – years- old programs and also are evaluated under measurement criteria.

Since there is a true belief ,in whole company, that if only , all systems and softwares are align with Vision and Business Strategy of Organization , they really find their true meaning and done their the mission completely.
Quality Management System
Total Quality Management is one of the key strategies of organization and is performed under the Balance Score Card strategic programs. It is one of the upstream documents of Wira Tehran Company.
In order to utilize systematic thinking , promoting process view and performing International Unipetrol requirements,Wira Tehran Company, planed and performed Quality Management System ISO 9001-2015 and gained its related certificates and did all its attempt to keep and maintain this system and improve it.
Production Quality Management in Wira Tehran Company is established based on Engineering knowledge (According to APL standard), Advance Production Quality Process and Management System and Quality Assurance ISO9001 in order to reach Zero Defect.
The Engineering and Quality Designing according to API and Advance Production Quality Process (APQP) ,are considered and performed in all manufacturing and repairing and Inspection process.
Besides of all controlling systems during manufacturing or repairing process by Engineering and Production line personnel ,Quality Control Dep. controls and tests individually and independently all manufacturing or repairing process according to QCP as result of APQP.In This way Only parts with 100 percent Quality Assurance coefficient will reach to next production process.
Quality Control contains ,the First time-Production Samples controlling and issuing Job Permit, During Production controls and Final controlling. Also it includes all income goods to Workshop controlling , the First time-Production Samples controlling and also confirming the goods before out sourcing them to out –side-company contractors.
The Quality Controlling tests are divided to 2 categories Non- Destructive and Destructive.
The Non-Destrcutive ones are Penetration Test,Urasonic Test,Magnetic Test, Roughness of Surface Test, Dimensional ,Visional ,Hardness Test ,Tolerance Test, Goss Test (Measuring the magnetic residual in rotor), Low & High Speed balance ,Thermometer with Laser Gun.
The Destructive Tests that is out sourced: Chemical Analysis , Hardness Test , Yield Strength , Creep Test, Metallographic Test ,Optic Test , Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
Occupational Safety and Health Management
In order to respect human dignity, avoiding any accident or occupational sickness and performing Governmental Rules effectively, Wira Tehran Company , established HSE Unit with Expert officers to set infrastructures and perform Standard International Occupational Safety and Health Requirements according to ISO 45001-2018 . HSE Unit of Wira Tehran Company, did all its attempt to perform and maintain Occupational Safety and Health Requirements and finally achieved to get related certificate from BRSM Company in December 2020.
